Griffiths Gnat

A great little fly when there are aphids about. A go to pattern. If it is black and small this is a good option. This fly should be in everyones collection.

Palmered and hackled this fly was created by George Griffiths and is a good imitation for many terrestrials which have become stuck in the surface film. A great fly for both Trout and Grayling on a summers evening.
